Hey guys, Donna & Andy Bourke here, the team behind Off The Bench Furniture. There are some terms of use for this site that you should be aware of. We've done our best to lay them out short, sweet and clearly for you here, hopefully freeing you up to enjoy another good coffee with us sooner.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with Australian Law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Force Majeure

Events outside of Off The Bench Furniture's control which are not reasonably foreseeable shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Off The Bench Furniture is released from all obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and produces, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment

All products remain Off The Bench Furniture's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through the Off The Bench Furniture site are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
