it's all about d&a.

It was 14 years ago when I met Donna and found in her a partner who is almost as interested in timber as I am. Together we make a fantastic team with a passion for creating alternative products.

Donna, myself and our two girls Amy (nine) and Jaymie (seven) - who also get in the shed and create some very cool stuff themselves - travel as a family when sourcing timber and intersting old steel objects for use in our designs, or to incorporate into yours. 

There is a great sense of satisfaction when we work together (that means with you too) to create something unique with a personal touch, be it a small side table or a large kitchen, even an entire home's fine timber fitout.

I love what I do. At the start of a new project I take my time examining all the natural blemishes and defects in the timber before deciding best how to enhance the finished creation's style and accent with them. Every new piece of timber adds its own character and soon an artwork begins to emerge. For me, this is pure bliss.
